Career Exhibitions connect rural and township high school learners with career guidance, study options, and industry exposure. By partnering with SETAs, institutions, and financial bodies, these events bridge access gaps and open doors to future opportunities. Partners also engage emerging talent, promote their brands, and showcase bursaries, funding, and career pathways.

FUTURE-READY ROADSHOW

Tailored School Visits Roadshow In partnership with the client, this custom roadshow engages learners in underserved communities townships, rural areas, or client-identified locations. It introduces youth to career opportunities within the client's sector through interactive workshops, motivational talks,
and hands-on activities. Beyond outreach, it's a strategic platform to showcase the client's brand, values, and industry while inspiring the next generation.

GRADUATE PROGRAMME

This programme transforms graduates into capable, confident professionals ready to contribute from day one. It bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world performance, building the mindset, behaviours, and practical skills needed to navigate modern work environments. Through experiential learning and guided development, participants become adaptable, collaborative, and future-ready, prepared not just to succeed but to lead.

MENTORSHIP & TERTIARY SUPPORT PROGRAMME

We connect youth with mentors who provide guidance, inspiration, and
real-world insight helping them build confidence and make informed decisions. Alongside this, we support Grade 12 learners with university, college, and NSFAS applications, ensuring they meet deadlines and submit strong, accurate applications.

SCHOOL SHOES & SANITARY TOWELS DRIVE

At Tshimologo Outreach, we believe every learner deserves dignity. This initiative supports under-resourced learners by providing school shoes for those walking long distances and sanitary towels to reduce absenteeism among girls. With our partners, we help learners stay confident, safe, and focused on their education.

TEACHER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
